What we collect

Contact information you provide through forms or conversations (name, business, email, phone).
Conversation content exchanged with a Digital Employee, used to operate the service and to improve the employee serving your business.
Business knowledge you provide to educate your Digital Employee (documents, policies, service descriptions).
Operational data such as usage logs and error diagnostics.

How we use it

To operate your Digital Employee, to route leads into your CRM when you connect one, to maintain reliability and security, and to improve the employee that serves your business. We do not use one customer's business knowledge to serve another customer.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you submit your phone number through our contact form, onboarding form, or a conversation with a Digital Employee, and you affirmatively opt in where an opt-in control is presented, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Carriersfy AI related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and account or service updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to a phone number unless that specific opt-in was given for that number.

Message types: conversational replies, appointment/scheduling confirmations, account and service updates, and — only where separately opted in — marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected].
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Carriersfy AI.
Phone numbers and SMS consent status are stored only to operate this messaging program (e.g. to honor opt-outs and to route consented numbers to our SMS provider) and are not sold or shared outside the service providers needed to deliver these messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar browser technologies, including local storage or session storage, for essential functionality, security, language and preference settings, analytics or performance measurement where enabled, and improving the website experience. These technologies are small data files or browser-held values that help a website remember settings, maintain reliable operation, and understand how pages are used. We do not use advertising cookies to sell or share SMS opt-in data.

You can manage or block cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect language preferences, form or chat behavior, security features, or other website functionality.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data.
We do not share your business knowledge with other customers.
We do not manually review private conversations unless you authorize support or quality review.

Sharing

Data is processed by the infrastructure providers listed in our Trust Center, strictly to deliver the service.

Retention, export and deletion

Conversation session state expires automatically. Business knowledge is retained while your Digital Employee is in service. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time at [email protected]; we honor deletion requests for both business and personal data.
